Being "Buddha"

Buddha : in Sanskrit it means the enlightened one.

Osho says : Buddha is a state of mind, a state of passive awareness

I cannot agree more with Osho but I certainly don't think you have to read "white lotus" or visit the Osho Ashram to discover the Buddha in you. All of us have this Buddha state ,we switch it on and switch it off at our own free will in everyday life.

I just went for a walk in a park before this blog and I realised that the Buddha mode was on. There were couples holding hands and other public display of affection and this usually turns on the Buddha mode for most single guys, including me. When you are in campus or fresher, you are often left wondering why this girl is with that guy or that girl would have been with me if only she had met me before she met her "current". (well if there can be an ex why can't there be a current). These feelings are but natural and for those of you who are still wondering about these feelings I must say that there is nothing to worry about .Infact ,I extend my heartiest congratulations to them for their initiation towards Buddha.

Another day I was in a PVR theatre watching the Umrao Jaan after having bought the ticket for an exorbitant amount of 220/-. I realised with in the first ten minutes that it was time to turn on the Buddha and that worked just fine for me.

What else, you can turn on this mode whenever you feel that a colleague of yours is getting all the attention and he has every reason for it.

Turn on the Buddha mode when you know your Boss is bullshitting and there is nothing you can do about it.

In effect turn on the buddha mode when ever you are in situation you don't like to be in.

I guess all I am trying to say here is
"When rape is inevitable lie back and enjoy"
